HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PHOTOS?
My current turnaround time for regular sessions is approximately 14 business days. Once your gallery is ready, you will receive a digital online gallery where you can view and download your images. Your gallery will remain available for 30 days, so I highly recommend downloading and backing up your photos during that time. You will also have the option to order professional prints and other photo products directly from your gallery.
What is your shooting style, and do you alter bodies during editing?
My sessions are a mix of both posed and candid moments. I’ll guide you with prompts throughout the session to help capture genuine emotions and authentic connections while keeping everything relaxed and natural. My goal is for your session to feel fun, comfortable, and true to you.
When it comes to editing, I do not alter bodies or change appearance. I believe you are beautiful just the way you are! My editing style focuses on enhancing lighting, colors, and overall image quality while keeping you looking natural and authentic.
Can you recommend any locations?
Yes! Once your agreement is signed and the retainer is paid, I’ll work with you to choose the perfect location that brings your vision to life. Whether you’re dreaming of an open field, downtown vibes, or something cozy and intimate, I’m happy to help find the perfect spot for your session.
Are Retainers refundable?
A non-refundable retainer is required to officially book your session date. Once your date is reserved, I decline all other inquiries for that time slot to give you my full commitment.
BOOKING FEES / CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING / TARDINESS
Booking Fee
A 30% non-refundable retainer is required upfront to officially reserve your session date. This fee secures your spot on my calendar and covers initial communication, planning, location scouting, and reserving a dedicated time frame for your session. No exceptions.
No Call / No Show
If you fail to show up to your session without communication, your booking fee will be forfeited and future bookings may be declined. Please understand that when I reserve a time slot for you, I am turning away other potential clients for that time. I truly value and respect everyone’s time and ask for the same consideration in return.
Rescheduling
I understand that life happens — illnesses, emergencies, and unexpected situations can arise. If you need to reschedule your session for any reason, please provide at least 24 hours notice whenever possible. If you are feeling unwell the day of your session, I kindly ask that you reschedule. I work closely with clients of all ages and want to ensure everyone stays healthy. Plus, your photos will always turn out best when you are feeling rested and at your best! Weather-related reschedules are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. While I love embracing natural weather conditions, sessions may be rescheduled in the event of severe weather that would negatively impact the experience or quality of your photos. If your reschedule is approved, your booking fee will transfer to your new date. However, if rescheduling more than 60 days out, a new booking fee may be required unless previously discussed due to travel, military obligations, health concerns, or other special circumstances.
Tardiness
Please plan accordingly to arrive on time for your session, whether that means preparing little ones early or allowing extra travel time for traffic. If you are running late, please communicate with me as soon as possible. I carefully schedule each session and deeply respect every client’s time, so I kindly ask for the same respect in return. If you arrive late, your session time will be shortened accordingly. For example, arriving 20 minutes late to a 60-minute session will result in a remaining 40-minute session. Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late without communication may forfeit their booking fee and risk cancellation of the session. Of course, I completely understand unforeseen emergencies such as accidents or illness. If I am ever running late, I will communicate with you promptly and your session time will not be affected.
